I'm just astonished at how effective ideological subversion or psychological warfare really is. The communists don't even have to invade North America anymore. All they had to do was sit back and wait. Let the subverted and sympathizers continue to extract resources and grow food for them.
The military should be rolling in and securing the government but they won't because their perception of reality has been changed.
