It is situated in the middle of 40 acres of woods in the Ozarks so I dont worry too much about intruders. One big advantage is it takes very little to heat or cool the house. I have a single free standing AC unit that I run maybe a month a year and I heat in the winter with a small wood stove (I have back up electric if I get tired of burning the stove).
You sound like an enviro Bond villain….
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
It's that simple.
