Trijicon SRO for AR15 flattop ?

My question is in the title. I saw one in my LGS and asked the guy if it would mount on a AR. He told me yes and showed me a Trijicon mount for it. Anyone out there do this? It should work with a Aimpoint 3X magnifier right? I was looking at the 1MOA model and the dot for my eyes was good.

It’s too fragile. It was built for gaming. Just get a closed-emitter sight. It’s not that much money to save.

For less money you can buy an Aimpoint PRO. The SRO wasn't designed for anything more than gaming on pistols. Trijicon even says it's not suitable for duty use.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Get an Aimpoint Micro or CompM5 if you want to use a magnifier.
