    Bullion exchanges?

Trying to diversify some. What bullion exchanges are you folks using to purchase metals? Who has the best rates over spot? Looking mainly at silver, gold is a little outside our means right now. And before some troll starts up, yes I’m doing ok with “other” metals.

Now are you looking at 10oz bars, 100oz bars... or 1oz. coins?

I'm into "junk (circulated)" silver myself, which I easily transact through Ye Olde Local Coin Shoppe. I get better deals (I've been dealing with the same shop for 15 years), and I get some nice "finders fee" perks for sending people their way. I've also widened my circle of "expert" friends from various walks of life, through meeting them at this shop.

Preppers and gun aficionados, also tend to be gold/silver bugs - it's a GREAT place to meet local people you might have to RELY on someday...

I've been buying Silver from JM Bullion. Good place to do business with, and super fast, discreet shipping. I buy mainly 10 oz Silver Bars.

Well I’d like to be looking at 100oz bars but for now I’m sticking to 1oz coins and lower.

They’re the primary one I have been looking at. Just wanted to make sure their prices were competitive compared to other exchanges.

    Local coin shop then.

I was in mine one day, when a gentleman was buying $35k in silver bars. A good shop can handle such transactions.
