You knew this was going to be a part of the litigation. One of the first things any attorney is going to do is request various documents etc...Membership lists would be part of that. Now, if NRA was doing their job, they would have fought that request. Other and more likely possibility, is that someone stole it, hacker etc.....

Meanwhile, I'll refer to him as "plugs".

In reality I don't think plugs is the real chairman, somebody way smarter and younger is probably pulling the strings. plugs is just the front guy.
