I don't know how old this vid is but the registration of "bullet button" AW's (their term) in Calif. closed 6/2018. That was the last kind of AW that could be registered. If this guy tried some how to register any kind of supposed AW that's probably what got somebodies' attention at the Ca DOJ. The lower the cops were holding in the vid would not be considered an AW, at minimum a pistol grip or adjustable stock would have to have been installed, probably would have also had to be mated to an upper.
