LaRue Tactical MBT-2S Trigger
I have three of the Larue two stage triggers. I bought one several years ago and have replaced my other triggers over time. I have been very pleased with how they work. They are a great general purpose trigger than work well when shooting for precision as well as more "dynamic" stuff. I use the heaver trigger spring that is included. I find that to be a great trigger weight for general purpose use.

I personally like a flat faced rifle trigger, that sort of pushed me to the Larue over the centurion which I am sure it another very good option.

I saw the Centurion thread last year, but only read the first couple posts in it.
I’ve now read all the way through it....and ordered an AST. Any trigger prices at less than $100 that compares favorably to an SSA is worth trying. It’ll be right at home in my CM4 from the group buy.

NO better FCG for the money. Larue MBT-2S flat or bow is the way to go.
I have used both the curved MBT-2S and straight MBT-1S. They are both good, and I liked them, but I don’t consider either my favorite. I would and have run them fine in guns, they are great for the price. However, an SSA is (to me) better relative to the two stage. If the Centurion AST gets as close to an SSA as people seem to suggest, it’s the Easy Button; I need to try one. For single stage, I think I prefer the Hiperfire EDT2 over the MBT-1S, and the price is right there; could go either way. I shot really well with the flat MBT-1S, and that’s the real measure.
Summary: The MBT’s are unbeatable at their price, and they are very good. But, the triggers themselves have a unique tactile feel with the ‘sharp’ edges, and for just $10-15 more, there may be subjectively better options.
