    Approved Form1 - wrong “entity”

So I effed up and ATF never kicked it back. Not sure what to do now.

When I filled out the Form1 online I applied as a Trust but in the entity name my web browser auto filled my name instead of the trust name and I didn’t catch it. Trust paperwork attached, Form 23 attaches like I’m supposed to.

Form1 comes back approved to my name but still has the “Trust” box checked

I have no idea what to do.

Call ATF and see what they say.

I know of a couple of people who either made a mistake or changed their minds and they just didn't make the gun/item, canceled the first registration, then re-filed the correct one.

ATF refunded the $200 on the canceled registration.

If you can get your examiner's email address, email him/her. I bet you'll get a prompt response.

How would I go about getting their email?

Try calling. If that doesn't work, post here. Someone might know it. I've had them email me before with a question.
