Safety travel with POF drop in trigger

I've had a POF drop in trigger for a while but noticed yesterday that when the hammer is in the forward position the safety selector shouldn't turn unless resetting the trigger.

My safety (I don't know which brand) will turn, not enough to move to the fire position but maybe 3/4ths of the way.
It feels like if i pushed hard enough I could force it into the fire position.

When in the reset position the safety has the works as it should so I'm not concerned about an accidental discharge.

I don't know if this is anything to worry about or if it needs to be fixed, where to look first?

Safety travel with POF drop in trigger

Sorry. I’m a little confused. If the hammer is not cocked, the safety will not move to safe. This is how most AR triggers work.
