    2021 Colt Anaconda

Anybody see one out in the wild yet? I would like to get one when they hit the stores, still haven’t made time to shoot the 2020 Python yet. Reviews I have seen of the Anaconda look like they are being received well.

Didn’t even know that Colt reintroduced the Anaconda.

Looks nice, probably be unobtainable like the Python for awhile.

Well they have now made it to GB and most BIN prices are north of $4,500. I will wait for this one to settle down for sure. I see bids are slowing about $2,800.

It's a fair price at MSRP or a bit below, certainly not more.

Picked a 6” one up last week. Hope to shoot it over the holidays. Will report back if I get a chance to shoot some. Fit and finish is 100% better than my 2020 Python initially. Python went back to Colt to get reworked. The actions feel very similar between the two, just has a noticeable increase in the mass of the material moving while working it in DA. It was slightly more than MSRP, but I wanted a 2021 release model that was manufactured in 2021 in case CZ cuts them off and they appreciate in value.

Anyone have a line on some replacement grips/stocks for the Anaconda? The factory grip appears to be an attempt at an ambi palm swell and finger grooves. It does neither well. Looking for larger grip. I switch back and forth between large and extra large mechanix wear gloves for an idea of hand size. Need a grip that works with that size. Can’t find anything in stock. Thanks.

Looking real hard at these two.

    Or

Even wondering about this 3rd choice just to get a hand full of grip. This might be a bit much though.

I email Herretts to see if they can do the Phil Hemphill style. Thanks for the info CoalDragger.

We've had a lot of people come in asking about them, but I haven't seen one yet. With how screwy the supply chain is, I doubt we will for some time.
It's f*****g great, putting holes in people, all the time, and it just puts 'em down mate, they drop like sacks of s**t when they go down with this.
