That's what I'm looking for. So no running, nothing that has a lot of ankle bending or jumping....like burpies.

Basically I gave myself some bad shin splints and then made it worse by ignoring it and powering through the pain the next day. So now there's no pain while stationary and I can walk fine for short distances but anything past 100ft and im limping. Meantime I've been stationary since Tuesday and would like to start doing something and continue exercise while letting my leg heal. I have some weights and a kettlebell

Also any help with healing the shin splint faster would be great
