This is an ADM AD-RECON 30mm standard height QR mount that I bought a few months ago from Brownells. My cost including tax and shipping was $196. I had this mounted on a Sig 516 with a Trijicon TR24r scope for a short period of time. I replaced the ADM with a Geissele fixed mount to be consistent with my other scoped rifles ( had bought the ADM when I couldn't find a Geissele to purchase). It is truly like new and will come in its original box and packaging. I am asking $125 which includes shipping to the lower 48. I can email photos if interested if you PM me your email address.
