    The McMaster-Carr tubular slotted spring pins linked twice in this thread are made to MS16562, which is the governing military specification.

    Wait! Has anyone figured out if milspec grip screws are flathead slotted or Allen? I have both at home.

    This begs a thread suggestion... how many parts that are AR milspec can be ordered just from McMaster-Carr and trim down the kit costs? (Then again, that might be more of a "Can it be done vs SHOULD it" because of the proprietary parts like detents etc...)

    Roll pins and gas block screws. Maybe they grip screw. That would be about it.
