THANKS, That is indeed the item in question. It appears to run about $60 more or less, with the Black version being a bit less than either the FDE or OD Green. From what little I've learned, the do appear to function as advertised. The do of course reduce your 'felt recoil', as most such devices do. However, as many of us are aware, this reduction usually comes at a cost, which tends to be a dramatically increased noise level. Probably not for me, but the kid wants one, so it's his money as they say, right ? I won't be standing along side of him when he's firing though !! THANKS AGAIN for all the kind replies.

Board policy mandates I state that I shoot for BCM. I have also done work for 200 or so manufacturers within the firearm community. I am prior service, a full time LEO, firearm instructor, armorer, TL, martial arts instructor, and all around good guy.

Aluminum Muzzle Device? I'd say no, but If you do, make sure you use a lot of high temp anti-seize compound on the threads.
