    Colt XM16E1 Retro Pictures Up

Saw one at my dealer today. Looks pretty cool with the Chrome BCG, 3 Prong FH, U.S. Property marked. Furniture looked and felt very nice. I really like the old style teardrop forward assist Light and well balanced. OK, I admit that it followed me home. I like it better than the M16A1 Colt reissue. Rumors have it that Colt will only make 500? I'm a happy camper Beit lighter in the wallet.

Did not know these were even available, or existed. I live under a rock.

    Where to buy?

Brownell's made an XM16E1 clone, didn't know that Colt made one too.
