Farmers, banks, billionaires, oil corporations, race horse owners. And we're taught to hate "welfare queens?"

That is a reason why I'm a bit more sympathetic to those in poverty who are on the system: Because most of the people pointing fingers at them have absolutely no moral ground to stand on when they're accepting billions of taxpayer dollars to prop up their businesses. Socialism is for the rich, capitalism is for the poor.

I watched this the other day. Despicable. Our society is broken in so many ways.

That's kinda where I am on it. The top tier welfare program has going on a lot longer than the 1930's too.

Small biz incubators and such I'm cool with. But full out corporate and agri-corp welfare programs gotta stop. WTF? I recieve property tax breaks for agricultural use, but that allows small agriculture to survive. If I was taxed residential or commercial I couldn't afford to live on my property. I know that sounds like welfare, but you just can't tax a small ranch like it's a group of suburban lots. My services footprint is next to nothing.

That said, social welfare is a pet peeve of mine. Nothing holds people back like a handout. I'm 100% down with temp assistance for people in legitimate need, but F this current system. Something like 20% of the population are reliant on public assistance. If you count all programs and subsidies Forbes estimates that 50+% recieve some sort of aid. Bullshit. Get a job. If you can't eat on what that job pays, fine take some help. But you damned well better get some skills in a hurry cause that help should be SHORT TERM.

Especially stadiums and sporting things so many support the elite racist and even here so many still support them back them make sure they stay on their pedestal to tell us we are racist and then defend them and the stadium costs passed on that its good for us all

Biggest scam and so many keep staying behind it sadly
