Had a few 37's over the years and had a nice parkerized LAPD style DSPS I sold to pay some medical bills. Still have one left, a 5 shot DS. It's a mid 80's gun with the disconnector, but before the company was sold. They are very nice and nicely made. When you find the right load, great to shoot. The light weight does provide you with a hefty kick using some of the more stout ammunition. The issue with most Ithaca stock failures is at the wrist and is from over oiling and having the oil run down from the receiver into the stock when stored butt down. That one looks very clean. Treat it well and store it properly and you shouldn't have an issue with that.

“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.” ― George Orwell, 1984
