I'm interested in the 11.5 inch in sbr config. I want to try the lower though as the KAC/LMT style is nice but the mag release button on the left is too small and the protections around it are too narrow for my fingers.

My newest colt is a 6520 that I personally own(bought my nephews 6920s a few years ago). I would have bought the ar15a4 but they took too long and I bought bcm ones. I'd prob pickup the 11.5 of this gun to check out though.

It’s not 2000. 1850$ or so. For what you are getting it’s fair price. I am getting one. It’s a colt. The most combat proven AR of them all.

There isn’t a weapon around that comes with all of this. Ambie lower, ambie CH, Geissele rail, CL barrel, magpul pro BUIS for 1500$. 1800$. Is a fail deal for what it is.

That's not a Geissele rail; not sure who makes it but it's nearly identical to the one on the CM762 in design.

I'm spoiled since I bought a CM762 for $1385.

Other potential downside is proprietary parts being an big unknown.

We'll see how these sell, my bet is the price will settle in the $1500-1700 range.
