A good friend of mine has several NEW, UNFIRED, still in cosmoline NORINCO SKS rifles that he bought back in '89 for $59 apiece. He bought an unopened case of them.
I was there with him, I bought some too.
He just asked me what they are worth-might sell some to people he knows.
I told him my guess would be right now give or take $700 or more.
Anyone in "the know" have an educated guess?

Best bet is too look up sold auctions on GunBroker by specific model. Norinco imported several different styles. But over $500 is a good start

I recently paid 450 for a Type 56 SKS and it wasn't a new one. Like Arik said, check online sales sites, but I don't think 700 is unreasonable.
