Reptilia lower 1/3 is 39mm which converts to 1.535 inches not 1.50.

Samson standard QR mounts come in 1.40", 1.53", and 1.72", while the lightened Samson PRO QR is 1.53" -- incidentally I have one for sale.

Aimpoint Sweden makes 57.4mm (2.259") mounts for both the Micro T-2/M5 and CompM5s, under request of some special European units.

SKU#: 200745 and 200744.

You're not going to find these anywhere in the US.
