It’ll let you put in cart and start moving through check out with the BTR for an AR.

I’d think a big company with top dollar lawyers didn’t over look still having these for sale, it’s a conscious choice.

I wonder if it’s because they think it’ll get shot down soon in court, or because they are just going to sell them and make making legal the customers problem? Like short barreled uppers or what not.

The “braces” are not illlegal to sell or own. Selling a gun with one might get attention. The braces are just crappy stocks that you can put on any rifle.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that can be used for lawful purposes, and are not dangerous AND unusual or subject to historical restriction from the founding era.

    It's that simple.

That's what I said earlier.....how long before the companies that sell AR's get squeezed for customer lists of "pistol" sales?

Right. It’s just that a brace won’t be allowed to be used on a pistol as an end end-run around NFA/SBR.

A brace is not like the bump fire stock that was outright banned. Perhaps some folks don’t know the difference.

NFA should have never been made law, and it needs repealing. That said, average Joe exploiting an accommodation to the handicapped as an end-run around the NFA was predictably headed to where we are today.

I take it you shoot a pistol only in this manner?

Per the standards of what you said as it relates to federal law, bringing the weak hand up for a steadier hold has a predictable outcome.
