I used to go after high value targets: organizations and individuals who had committed horrible acts of violence on innocents. It was gut wrenching work at times.
I maintained my servant leadership mindset with the amount of power we had to wield. We had to separate ourselves from the horrible people we were focused on. Its sad to hear the FBI has bias in their investigations of 1/6 but there is likely bad actors involved and the matter needs to be investigated, despite the obvious political bias of 1/6 versus many Marxist endeavors playing out as "protests" across the nation. Plenty of bad actors involved in these protests resulting in billions of damage. How much damage was done at the capital versus the rest of the nation?? This is why its not logical, and why the DOJ must be put in check and compartmentalized, and political agents must be routed out and prosecuted. No immunity, no 5th if they do not step down. These activists within the fed are not only violating their oath, they are playing a dangerous game that results in systemic corruption and a moral loss of the conceptual foundations of Western Law and Justice. In doing so they violate Article VI: and this gives us the grounds to defund, discharge, and disbar! In the digital age we deserve better, and we cannot be fooled when our leadership violate Supreme Law as news is captured and travels incredibly fast. We need to prioritize the dismantling of the DOJ and get rid of the leaders within who pander to DC. We need to reinvigorate the sense of service leadership again and restructure the DOJ to focus on crime not act as a gestapo for unconstitutional leadership in DC. We do not have enough assets to let the cartels and foreign intelligence assets to run free within our borders while we violate the rights of our own citizens. And it seems there is a undisputed mountain of evidence telling us there are political agents imbedded within the DOJ. And what happened with the intelligence apparatus? Why did they not warn us of the Wuhan lab leak? Were they silenced? Were they asleep at the helm? So many serious questions that need to be answered.

I am writing in support of the ATF's proposed rule (Docket No. ATF 2021R-08) that would help close the Arm Brace Loophole.

This proposed rule is necessary to make clear that pistols configured with arm braces designed to be fired from the shoulder should properly be classified as short-barreled rifles and subject to the National Firearms Act. The ATF had permitted some arm braces to be sold because they enabled disabled shooters to operate large-format pistols with one hand, which did not run afoul of the law, but the gun industry intentionally exploited this narrow exception for profit. The industry started marketing and selling short-barreled rifles to the general public. This proposed rule would be a win for public safety because short-barreled rifles are particularly dangerous due to their combination of concealability and lethality. The “arm brace loophole” has already seen deadly consequences: mass shooters in Boulder and Dayton used weapons equipped with arm braces to modify their pistols into more deadly weapons. For too long, gun companies have circumvented the law regulating short barrel rifles by selling pistols affixed with arm braces — evading common-sense public safety requirements ,such as enhanced background checks. The proposed rule addresses the threat to public safety, while still allowing for disabled shooters to utilize arm braces and it should be finalized

It is certainly an opinion: albeit an ignorant one. The problem with this argument is that the ATF never had the authority to regulate arms and their features to begin with. Since the ATF was commissioned to regulate alcohol they have continually expanded their scope and overstepped not only their powers but also the powers of the DOJ and everyone in the chain of command up to the POTUS. No one in government has the authority to regulate citizens right to bear arms: they have been and are currently not in good standing withe the US Constitution. Aside from the abuses of powers facilitated by the DOJ and ATF, it's a complete abuse of Western Law to punish the law abiding for the actions of criminals. This is the only authority the DOJ/ATF has is to police criminals. Somehow they have become a politicized gastapo for the elites and leadership. We have allowed the DOJ to spin wildly out of control for decades, and its time to reign them in and out them in their place. The DOJ serves the people, they are held to the oath they swear to the US Constitution and law of the Judicial Branch. Article VI is supreme law, it allows states to enact reasonable law in good faith, but does not permit overstepping of any articles or the amendments. This has routinely been abused. Legislation cannot be passed that tramples on the Bill of Rights, or the foundations of Western Law. Allowing bureaucrats to define what is legal especially when it comes to arms is a huge violation and not in good standing or good faith. The ATF should be dismantled due to their abuse: by the people if need be. Democrats can grandstand but the ATF is their hand, and their cries for gun control is irrelevant to citizens who's rights are guaranteed and sovereign to government regulations at all levels. Those who have been abusing our constitution for decades are not going to quit cold turkey and absolutely need to be held accountable. Because innocent citizens have been killed to enforce these unconstitutional laws, the people behind these abuses should be charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law via constitutional tribunal: followed by a purge in the courts of activist jurists who fail to recognize Article VI.

We need to create a government oversight convention that will post the stories of citizens rights who have been abused and taken under the guise of policing arms, ammo, and their features. We need to put faces to these names and injustices. We need to see their stories. We need to stop the cycle of abuse.

I would LOVE to see this happen. But it's pure fantasy. Government NEVER gives up power willingly. And history has shown us that the only way to take that power back is by replacing that government. Typically that doesn't happen in a friendly way...

We have a pathway to a peaceful restoration by increasing awareness and a convention of states. It seems a constitutional convention will not be needed yet. January 6th is a product of election abuses and a loss of public trust in the democratic process. I can say with 100% confidence greater than 25% of the population has lost trust in the democratic process. So the real fantasy is in thinking this is not going to spark a civil war if our merry leadership does not address the problem. Unfortunately the DNC and the GOP is in itself the problem, and the cat and mouse modus they have been using to garnish support has run its course. The globalists and communists want to defund the DOJ. And patriots want to defund the ATF. In either case the DOJ is screwed. The bi-polar power dynamic is also screwed, the best they can do at this point is allow convention of states to restore the US Constitution. The alternative is a real civil war and a real capital insurrection. Im fine with either option at this point: I have had enough.
