This is pretty much brand-new. I sent it and a slide off to get cut and installed, and then put it in the safe. Never really took it out after that, as I lost interest in that gun. Comes with everything shown. The box does not say which model it is, but it is RM05 with a 12.9 MOA green triangle as well. Asking $450 shipped and insured.
