ADM was actually the one I was thinking about. Maybe I will search online and see if I can find a pic of radian lower with ADM upper

Can I use radian upper receiver with another manufacturers handguard I guess is what I'm really wanting to know.

Sorry I don't know about Radian in particular but many billet uppers will not accept standard handguards. This quite unlike milspec uppers that accept any standard handguard. Additionally, I would not purchase a handguard that did not have a matching barrel nut available.
