My guess is President Biden would remain in office due to the electoral college vote being certified by Congress. As you know, that is the legal process Presidents. are elected, not the popular vote.

However, what a sh1tstorm that will make waves for the entire 21st century.

Here's the question on that vote. If these audits prove the vote result was fraudulent, then the electoral college vote was based on a fraud. This owing to electoral college votes were awarded based on a fraudulent vote result.

How then is that electoral college vote valid? Congress is not certifying a bonafide lawful act, they are certifying a crime.

Election fraud is illegal, how can a crime be certified as legal? Therefore how can the certification of that electoral vote be valid?

Nope. Remember last year- multiple courts, up to the SC, refused to even hear the fraud cases. The fix was in and if you, your Congressman or anyone else brought it up then you/they were ostracized, censured, banned and called a racist/bigot/Jim Crowe/insurrectionist.
