So here's what I see. Check the box all the way to the right on which messages you want to delete then about halfway down is a box for selection and the first item when it opens the drop down is delete. This what you're seeing?

I check the box at the left of the message I want to delete,then hit the yellow “x” box at top of page. I don’t get a drop down menu to delete…
