If anyone here is into bodybuilding you'll have at least heard of John Meadows. After my divorce in 2018 I decided that the time to be healthier was never better, and I set out to find the best information I could on practical weightlifting and bodybuilding. I found Jeff Nippard and eventually John Meadows. He was such a down to earth guy that if you never saw him and only heard his voice you'd never imagine he was a massive (albeit short statured) bodybuilder. Just watching his videos on YT for the past few years really helped me get past a lot of my own failure points and plateaus. It was devastating to hear about his heart attack last year but reassuring to see him making a recovery and continue to produce content for the bodybuilding community. Rest easy Mountain Dog.

RIP, Mr. Meadows. Much like OP, I utilized the same newly created space in my personal life mostly on positive pursuits, and am familiar with the above mentioned YT’ers. Being north of 40, I am also acutely aware of my own mortality, having witnessed several people younger than myself (and arguably in better shape) die rather suddenly. Condolences to his family. May his legacy live on.

Meanwhile in a savage irony it has recently been reported that Tony Little is still alive.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

That’s a shame. He’s always had very informative videos. He also always struck me as a very nice guy. None of the pompous bravado of some in the fitness industry. Just a down to earth, kind hearted, and jacked individual. Prayers to his family.

Never heard of him but after reading of his clotting issues I can't help but wonder if this is related to the Kill shot. RIP

Kill shot? He had a heart attack in May 2020, and before that had suffered from a rare colon disease almost losing his life.
