    I don’t know what it’s worth but it’s sure not trash. Have you fired it? I’m old school but .22 revolvers are a lot of fun to shoot (and if you’re not interested, I’m sure there’s someone out there that will pay you what it’s worth and enjoy shooting it).

    ThirdWatcher is absolutely right. Lots of fun to shoot and practice with.

    Pretty sure my "matched set" came from an estate - some old feller babied them and probably practiced with .22, competed with .38. They were in a single case with lightly oiled rags around them when I bought the set.

    A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

    not at home for a few days - my recollection is down on the base of the grip frame.

    So under a grip panel?
    A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.

    No, after checking in with the guys over at the Colt forums they helped me out quite a bit with value / condition. Serial number is on the frame when you open the cylinder, also on the yoke and on the inside of the side plate.
