Tuning the ejector did not fix the problem. If I remember correctly, using a stiffer action spring made it worse. Using lighter ammo made it worse.

Using a no-name, gunshow garbage BCG with a 9mm extractor solved my problem, and it runs like a sewing machine with any garbo ammo.
Did you try the o ring method in the extractor?

I did not. None of the extractors tested had any trouble pulling cases out of the chamber, but the M16 ones seemed to have trouble letting them go so that they could be ejected.

Well, I just tested...without a doubt, the ejector needing tweaked, was the problem.
I did reinstall the weight on the bcg.
I put 50 rounds of Wolf down range, with zero stoppages.
Too bad I chose to buy a set of Vism pro flip up sights!
I just found out they are made by NCstar uggg!
They are complete junk! I can’t even get em close to zeroed!
I guess I’m gonna buy some DD fixed sights lol

Its great you have it running now. I hope you enjoy shooting it as much as I do mine.

It is fun to shoot, and it’s nice not absolutely needing hearing protection.
    Thanks for the help.

Yeah, my 11" 9mm is so much quieter than my 11.3" 5.56mm its not funny. Being able to reload without case lube and getting a ton more ammo per pound of powder is a bonus.

Edit - For what it is worth, I am running a DD fixed rear sight with a Troy fixed front on both my 9mm and 5.56 pistols and really like them for a "no optics" gun. Certainly a DD front and rear would be great, but I got the Troy fronts on clearance (and both rears on the EE here).
