    Glock slide milling

What are currently the best* outfits for getting a third generation Glock slide milled for a red dot sight?

*Sufficient consistency, low price, fast turnaround.

I used Battlewerx a few months back for a mill and refinish. It was just over six weeks from them receiving it to it shipping back out, though apparently the refinish is the lion's share of that and if you don't need/want that it cuts it to two weeks or so. $100 for the milling, $60 for the refinishing.

The milling was top notch, very cleanly done and the RMR fit so tightly as to need some wiggling to get it firmly seated.

ATEi is the gold standard. Dougwg is a member here. His work is good enough for one of my guns to hold zero with only one mounting screw for 500ish rounds in a class.
AQ planned for years and sent their A team to carry out the attacks, and on Flight 93 they were thwarted by a pick-up team made up of United Frequent Fliers. Many people look at 9/11 and wonder how we can stop an enemy like that. I look at FL93 and wonder, "How can we lose?". -- FromMyColdDeadHand

Yeah you should check out the chpws thread on snipershide before you recommend them.

Have you used them personally before?

Yes, they just did a 43x slide for me that is as good of work as the guns I have had done by ATEi. They have also done a 19 for me in the past. Turn around was fast. I had no issues or has any of my friends that have used them.

    Jagerwerks.

    Had a Gen4 G19 milled….very happy with quality/price/time. Would use them again.

RMR cut, front and rear enhanced serrations, cerakote.

Been thrilled with Monsoon Tactical in terms of quality and lead time (3-5 weeks). Have the chunk port done while it's in there, all the benefits of a comp but not finicky with ammo and no length added.

Another recommendation for Jagerwerks here. He did a CZ for me and cerakoted at the same time. Clean work, reasonably priced imo and completed in the time quoted. Can’t ask for more.
