There was clearly fraud but I don't think it was enough to make a difference.
How do you, as a Californian, walk around your city, see homeless camps and feces on the street and think to yourself "Gee, I would love to see more of this"
The "Big One" [the earthquake that will dump California into the Pacific Ocean] can't come soon enough. I would also accept China nuking LA and San Fran.
