I don't know him beyond his youtube personality. I was aware he has been battling MS for some time. He is asking for help from anyone who may be able to make headway with the VA.
There is a gofundme, but I will hold off on posting link because it appears that Dugan is not involved with it. I don't want to risk squandering the awesome generosity I've seen on this forum. I will leave that decision to site staff or mods.
