Yes, it does, as does the commercial model.
The plate is slightly different as well. The commercial plate uses 2 Allen screws, the mil issued uses a single, special Torx screw that you can only get from SIG, it's pretty soft and easily snapped in two.

SIG used to offer a commercial model with no manual safety. It looks like they dropped it from the catalog. There are still quite a few listings for it on various vendor websites, but all out of stock, with some listed as discontinued. Here’s an example:
