DD makes some of the best chrome lined barrels. Can’t ever go wrong.
Why do you care if it's black oxide over phosphate?

Did you read Bill Geissele's explanation of why he moved from phosphate to black oxide?

Disclaimer: I do not currently own any G barrels, nor am I a "fanboi".

There are multiple threads on TOS.

I definitely wouldn't go BCM if suppressed.

Geissele, Centurion, BRT would be my picks.
The reports I’ve seen of Centruions gas ports are just as bad or worse than BCMs.

    Are you thinking of Criterion?

I can attest to a 12.5" that is gassed very well -- 0.065" gas port.

You can contact Centurion, and I'm sure they'll tell you everything you want to know about their barrels.

Centurion is dialing the gas way back lately.

A few years ago they so overgassed they were almost unusable without an adjustable block.

I built an upper with their 16” mid and it had a .080” port iirc.

FWIW this 12.5" is at least 5 years old.

I'll echo scooter22 and say my 12.5 is gassed perfectly for 50/50 suppressor use. .066 with a pin gauge when new.

As far as their longer barrels go, the new 14.5" and 16" LW and medium profile barrels are all ported at .075. A bit large for the 16", but far better than the .080 that they used to be, which from my understanding was FN's spec and not Centurion's.

No Centurion, although I relooked and it was only one barrel from 2013 so nevermind.
