I'm looking for a Model 1 style aluminum free float tube type handguard, like 16" ideally, but at least 14". It's for an integral suppressor build, so it can't have any holes in it. Needs to be solid like the Model 1 handguards.
This is largely experimental, so it doesn't have to be fancy. UTG or some other chinesium would be fine I'm sure.

Over look me, I thought of the Clark, then I vaguely recalled the aluminum stipulation, scanned way too quick and dropped the Clark one.
2 that are kinda vague suggestions.
For awhile before Ebay cranked up the statist crap, there were some sellers with cheap(seems like sub $100) carbon fiber tubes I assume were Chinese, but not a clue where they started selling them after that fell thru.
Carbon fiber tubing is a thing online with various ID and wall thickness. A possible idea is if you could get one that would clear the can and match up to a barrel nut to be glued in place like one of the Clark options.

Is the no holes related to heat mirage or?

If you do get a CF one make sure the resin used in the layup will take the heat.
