This makes me wish I’d taken advantage of ATEi’s cyber Monday sale for my RO Elite. I’ve been wanting to try out the Holosun ACSS Vulcan, even though I wish it was American.

Sic semper tyrannis.
I ran a new batch of ammo in which I have several thousand rounds. It ran like a top, very pleased. I also changed to an RMR in an attempt to bring the dot down a scootch. I just don't need or want that monster window in a 1911 that has such a natural sight picture for a long time 1911 guy. Also, with that Vulcan machine werks cut, the dot had to be squeezed into the plate, making the screws almost not needed. Pretty cool.

Looks good.
The RMR looks like it “fits” better PB.
A true "Gun Guy" (or gal) should have familiarity and a modicum of proficiency with most all firearms platforms.
Jeremy at Vulcan Machine Works did my Sig 1911 I carried on-duty until last month, and has done several other guns for guys I work with. Great guy who does really good work!
You should do it; while I wish Trijicon would get off their asses, the Holosun ACSS Vulcan is amazing. Have it on a G19 and while the experts say 'oh if you train the dot only isn't an issue', the same experts used to say 'oh if you carry a revolver and train the 6 shots isn't an issue'. Real life gets in the way of everything and in reality you want every help / crutch / cheat code you can get and the Vulcan is one of those.
DANG that looks good!
