OLIAR15, those are incredible! Just to own one of those would be great, but as many as you have? Very nice collection.

Did I mention these pistols were very accurate?

    Some targets at 25 m

    And at 50 m

I’ve heard Mauser bought the manufacturing equipment from Waffenfabrik Bern and built some Parabellum after the Swiss pattern in the 70ies. By sheer coincidence, two shooting buddies came to the range with two such pistols, only 3 digits apart

Love the half moon toggles on those early Swiss guns.

And yeah, those Interarms Swiss Mauser Lugers from the late 70s are sweet.

4" is 9mm, 6" is .30 Luger. I shoot the 9mm more simply due to ammo on hand.

    I've got a couple others including a 1917 Erufurt P-08 and a 1918 DWM Atrillery. Also have a stainless Mitchelll Arms 9mm.

Update : I thought I could live without the missing one, the last batch produced with black Bakelite grips. I was wrong. And the LGS had five of them. It seems that sadly old collectors are dropping like flies and plenty of those guns are on the market, which makes them cheap ($ 900 for a very nice 1906/29 with holster and 2nd mag).

    Holster made in 1942

    Gun made in Ferbruary 1943

The three colours of 1906/29. Red, brown and black

    Lugers are addictive.

I knew a guy with a 100+ collection including baby Lugers and other rares. Had an all original artillery luger with stock and drum magazine. And even with all that, there were still examples he didn't have and was actively looking for.
