Yeah, but something I'd like to see done prior to the finish of the gun being applied, not after. It's probably enough to put me off completely. This is very preventable, very lazy. If you are going to advertise a "high quality" Hi Power, you can't do this derp shit.

I hoping like a new car model that Springfield needs about 6 months feedback from warranty repair to address this issue when they are CNC machining the slide. The name BP Solutions does give an impression they just make springs, but I have found them to be serious fans of the Browning Hi-Power and other pistols. Maybe they need to change their name.

If that extractor channel hiccup (isolated case?) is their biggest misstep on a new product introduction, I'd say they're not off to a terrible start.
Good to know things to look out for though.

I don't know the reputation of BH Spring Solutions and can't confirm nor deny his seemingly epidemic level of extraction issues with the new SA-35s. But he seemingly fixed the issue with the first one (S/N 631) or it would make no sense for him to have pimped it out with all the gold plated parts?
Also, what's up with their aftermarket mods to the sear lever?
Adding a spring that's of questionable necessity surely voids the manufactures warranty, if nothing else (surely it adds weight to the trigger pull, for example).
Also, not sure what his motivation is to demonstrate these alleged shortcomings other than to advertise his services?
Meanwhile, sales of these pistols are brisk, according to a LGS near me for whatever that anecdote may be worth.
