Looking to finish up a project and I am in need of a lower for it. I'd like a lower like the one pictured below, but I have some questions about these lowers. (I do not own the rifle pictured).
Did Colt ever make this lower receiver (A2 lower, non slabside, with the AR15-A2 roll mark) that used the standard .250 front pivot pin assembly like the one pictured (or one that's easily swapped for a .250 pivot pin assembly), that ALSO has the mil-spec 0.154 fire control pins instead of the common ban era 0.170 fire control pins?
I've come across a few that had the .250 front pivot pin, but it seems like all of the ones I've seen (whether they have the pinned sear block or the machined sear block) use the large 0.170 fire control pins.
If what I'm looking for exists, is there a date or serial number range to look for, or is it the typical Colt smorgasbord?
