I believe in the rule of three. If Kyle is found not guilty, Scotus decides in the New York State case that we can all conceal carry, and now this 10 mm. This may be known as the golden time of guns.
The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.
It's that simple.

Oh hell yes! I have a Rock Island Ultra FS and have been dragging my feet on getting a 10mm XDM for a long time. The M&P is much sexier than the XD!

I’m just thinking of the Rittenhouse trial and how if you ever get in a gun fight in Kenosha and that little finger lawyer guy is prosecuting, he’ll say that 9 mm wasn’t enough for you to kill them with, that you had to go with a 10 mm and that extra millimeter makes all the difference.
