    Sig Nightmare in 357 sig

    Does anyone own one?

    How does it perform?

If I can get some good reports on it, I will buy one over a Hi Power in 357 sig.

Caleb Giddings did several videos on one 5 years ago, might be worth a look. I have no personal experience.

Really is a great combination. I wish the 357 sig round would take off as I have one in 229. Being in a 1911 platform is about perfect. Just wish the round was more popular.

If you just want a .357 SIG for the sake of having one then I understand completely. Years ago I just had to have a 1911 in .38 super auto, I had the opportunity so I grabbed it. However, ballistically the .38 super and .357 SIG are much the same. Usually a 124/5 grain bullet for the SIG and a 130 grain for the super. Plus 10+1 in the 1911 super..

I want the 357 sig due to the Leighi Defense round from Underwood.

Having said that I wonder if you can covert it to 38 super and 9mm.

I don't think so but who knows.. The parent case for the .357 Sig is the .40 S&W so the breach face will be different.
