    Colt 6450

I have a colt 6450, actually it was my Dad’s but I have it now. About 10 years ago we replaced the A1 upper with a RRA flat top upper and I’m thinking about switching it back to the A1 upper….retro is cool right now anyways right ? Should I switch it back or leave it alone? The other option is to add something like a centurion arms rail to it and keep the flat top.

Not being fully versed in the 9mm guns, this one has a ramped bolt but I’m not sure on the pin size yet (.170 vs .154). It’s begging to get SBR’ed….ugh.

That gun has more value in original configuration. However, it's your gun to modify as you please. No matter what you do, this thread is worthless without pictures

I’ll post some this week. I changed it back to the fixed carry handle.

I left my 6450 stock & purchased a 6951 to put a RDS. These things are modular, why can’t you switch uppers depending on your preferences (for a task)?

I have a 6430 with a 10.5 inch barrel, changed the fixed stock for a collapsible one. It’s a ton of fun and cheap to shoot
