Micros and Cowitness on VZ 58/AK

My Gen 1 PA micro cowitnesses albeit very low in the sight picture.

Just tried a Holosun 403 and its a no go. Mount it too high. What Micros work with VZs (old Troy) and AKs (Ultimak)?

I suppose nothing on a side mount works for CW.

I have an Aimpoint T-1 Micro in the standard mount on a Ultimak that is 1/3 co-witnessed. Don't know anything about the VZ58.

I think it is the base. Who makes the shortest quick detach base or even screw on?
