    I have 1 Aero Precision EPC 9/40 upper available. Purchased for a project that didn't come to fruition. Completely 100% unused. No parts mounted, no test fits, nothing. They go for $160 plus shipping on Aero's website. I don't have the original packaging.

    I'm asking for $135 shipped CONUS. I take USPS money order or paypal (friends and family or goods services - $140).
