    Geissele finally got me

I needed a new AR like a fish needs a bicycle. But I've been eyeballing these G rifles for a minute. They did the 20% off sale and I bit for a Super Duty 16 incher for $1,580. I believe that is a value priced AR for what you get.

I have a direct thread 556 stamp Sig due any day that will go on nicely.

Range report to follow. I shot a friends 14.5 a couple weeks ago and was quite impressed. So, I'll keep you guys posted.

Curious what you think of it as compared with your other stuff. Looking forward to seeing your thoughts on that one.

Yea, Im going to size it up to my SR15 and maybe a tricked out Colt. My only other 16 inch guns. My buddies ran fine with a can with current set up. He is a Surefire guy and the 14.5 comes pin and welded with surefire adapter.

Sure fire is the only way to go for 556 or 308 If you remover my can I can move to any one of my other guns and my Zero is right there and I have been with to many other people with other makes and I will say that they always have to adjust their zero some better than others. I will be real with everyone I have had to once in a while adjust my zero on a surefire on the older Legacy models the Socoms I have never had to rezero more than about 1/4 to 1/2 if i had to do anything at all except shoot.

Our buddy got one of the Tan ones. I got to shoot it to 980 yards two weeks ago with an ELCAN sight. It's nice.

The black one is $250 cheaper, so my tight ass went black. I would have gone FDE but not for $250 extra. Very cool though.

I think they’re gassed better and the handguard is a better design for the end user than KAC.
