If my employer mandates the vaccine, is he then responcible for any side effects?
Wanna know what I find absolutely amazing? Healthcare workers have [apparently] less/different/adjusted Constitutional rights than other citizens. They also have freaking awesome immune systems because they only have to quarantine for 5 days as opposed to the general population who need 10 days.

And what about for schools? I think you might be able to say during the height of the pandemic last year that you could argue for it maybe? But a booster shot for kids now? My kids school is starting to say they need it to be able to go on activities and field trips. I’m thinking about telling them they better freaking start to think about their legal exposure on this, especially since they’re a private school.
I wouldn’t want my name on anything anywhere near boosters for kids.
