What no or low mag optics have external integrated irons?

I saw an image of a Swedish G3 with the Spuhr stock and an aimpoint-looking optic with irons on top of it.

What was that?

I'm considering an optic for my Mini-14 but there is no way to cowitness irons. And not mounted over the action.

Also kicking around a Ptr91 with Spuhr stock.

Only interested in low or no magnification and a backup aiming method.

Likely what you saw was the Swedish military Aimpoint CS, similar to the M4 with back up sights and a sealed battery that the user cannot replace. AFAIK Sweden was the only user and I never understood the battery thing.
