Yup. As long as the Pro has been released, people have been asking for a Micro Pro.

I’m one of them. I like my PRO, but would like it even more if it were micro-sized.

Of course, I just bought an MRO for a non-primary (or secondary) carbine….but I will most likely replace it with one of these.

I wasn’t expecting Aimpoint to implement shake awake, solar cell, or other enhancements. Their battery life makes these upgrades irrelevant. A more advanced reticle, having more lit surface area, would likely dramatically shorten battery life, so I'm okay with that decision.

Interesting...why didn't they make the front cover transparent? Torx for adjustment screws...would prefer flathead for ease of use.

They could have made reticle options?

I am being picky but other manufacturers have spoiled a few of us..

It doesn't need to be if you shoot with both eyes open.

I have to squint my left a little bit to sharpen my focus due to astigmatisms in both eyes. That does include focusing on target not the dot..

I would be interested the "Duty RDS." I think the T series optics are great, but the price point is definitely a turn off. If this sight has the durability and glass quality on par with the Pro, I would definitely have use for one.

Looks fantastic. Exactly fills a hole in their line up. If they’re posted for $499 on Aimpoints site I’d expect them closer to $450 once they filter out to distributors.

At that point it’s a no brained for a basic go to RDS.

That’s all pending that the battery life specs are correct and it’s not an ACRO P1 situation. I’m assuming it’s made in the regular Aimpoint factory, not China?

This would pretty much take the MRO off the market.
