    OOW BAR semi auto M1918A3

Obviously not a Class III FA thing, and heavy as hell (~ 20lbs unloaded). Certainly not on my "practical use" list. Nonetheless, I find them intriguing as I've always liked the BAR. Even paid the $25 and shot a mag of ammo through one at Knob Creek years ago. I've eyed the OOW semi one for quite a while but I just can't bring myself to cough up the $$$ for one.

If I had the money to buy any NFA item the one at the top of my list is a real BAR. There is just something about that wooden stocked, full auto 30-06 rifle.

$5k is a LOT for a aftermarket receiver gun. Their WWI pattern was beautiful and I strongly considered it. Wish I had the extra coin to have grabbed one of the FN pre86 dealer samples that used to be out there for about the same money.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

I love the HCAR they put out but I’m too cheap to drop the $ on it. But I got this mildly tacticool 30.06 Remington 7400 for under $600 on gunbroker recently (it’s the one with the giant mag).
