Still<,I will get one once they float down to $1800. It’s too interesting a piece of military technology for me to pass on.
    Agree with the above 100%

I have an X95 that I've become very fond of with one exception... support parts availability. I always want to have spare springs, firing pins, bolts... wear items that can fail. So far I can't get them... been waiting a long time for the bolt kits and such to come back in stock. This is my only real complaint about my little green machine.
    Sooo...
If Springfield can bring this pup in without dicking it up mechanically affecting durability/reliability and can provide support parts for it I might find myself a player.
If it is a true copy of the military/combat proven gun... minus the giggle switch... it might be worth the chance. The price is pretty high though so the gun had better meet expectations.
If we allowed the automotive industry to treat us the way the gun industry does... as guinea pigs... there would be a lot of wrecks along the sides of the road.

Need a HellFire something for goober trifecta.

How does Ron Cohen find the time to run SIG USA into the ground and still be able to consult with Springfield marketing?

Oddly I want one. I’m still mad at myself for not buying a Tactical Tuna (FS2000) when they were on the shelves and don’t want to make that mistake again.

Had one, sold it. Never looked back. FN has made some great stuff. That one really wasn't one of them. Also dumped my PS90 and my 5.7 USG but for caliber reasons. I wanted to like my PS90 and USG, they were so space gun looking.

The original HS2000s that were imported cost half of what they would a short while later when Springfield slapped their logo on them and renamed them XD (*Xtreme Duty*!!!!11).

As a lefty, I find this interesting. I just don't see paying that much for one. If MSRP was closer to $1k I might try one.
